Flawless long lasting foundation routine

Hi Ladies just wanted to show you all how I've been applying my foundation to help it last all day in this Summer heat. Hope you enjoy :)

Step 1:
I apply my concealer first followed by my primer. Some may take I'm crazy for doing in this way but I find that's what works best for me.

 Step 2:
I spray my foundation brush with my setting spray until it's wet.

 Step 3:
Okay pay attention here. Being that your brush is wet only use half the amount of foundation that you normally would. I've been mixing these two together since one is too light & one is too dark. Being that the brush is wet you will have a dewy look.

Step 4:
If your not into the dewy look like me just apply whichever powder you'd like.

Step 5:
The fun part now you get to play with blush, bronzer, & highlight.

Ladies seriously using a wet brush really worked wonders for me! I use less foundation & my skin looks flawless. Most importantly I don't have to touch up my makeup during the day & it doesn't melt off.

Remember: You can use whichever  type of products work best for you. I just showed the ones that go with my skin type.

NYC smooth skin loose face powder

Okay last post of the night =)

I got it in the shade "Translucent". I needed something to set my foundation & I'm glad I decide to pick this one up. For a product that costs under 5 bucks it works AMAZING!
Probably the best powder I've tried. It left my face looking evenly & healthy. It absorbs oil pretty good.
I used my ELF powder brush to apply.

The packaging is cute BUT the lid doesn't secure tight enough for travel.
So I won't be able to carry this in my purse for touch ups.

It comes with a sponge but I already threw it away.

NYC color wheel mosaic face powder

This is the Color wheel Mosaic face powder in the shade Translucent Highlighter Glow

Great pigmentation!
This product was around $3
Works great at contouring my face, even tho it's light my skin is pretty fair.
I used this on my cheeks, nose, & jawline to give my face a little more structure.

It claims to:
Brighten skin
Minimizes flaws and helps to reduce shine.
oil absorbing
& it's fragrance free

Overall it did what it claimed to do.
There's more colors available so give it a try.

Midtown Mulberry
Nude York City
Honey on the Hudson

Big Apple Spice

 Rivington Rose

 Brighton Beach Peach

Prospect Pink

My Thoughts:
I really like these glosses. Their inexpensive but the color payoff is amazing. This gloss has a light vanilla scent to it which I really like. I noticed that these glosses last a couple hours IF your don't eat or drink, but will transfer onto a straw/drink or food. Overall these glosses are nice to have handy. Not sticky. Moisturizing :)
